The process of finding good real estate can be daunting. What real estate is available? What’s the cost? How close is it to my existing stores? Where is the competition? What’s the market potential for a new site? How much should I pay in rent? And what about all those other lease stipulations that can ruin a good deal?

Chris will help you meet all these requirements. He overcomes obstacles and thinks outside the box when obtaining and negotiating leases. He is able to assist not only with leasing needs but business ones as well.

Chris finds his clients great locations for their retail and office operations, whether they’re a Fortune 500 company or a start-up organization.

Chris has been involved in commercial real estate planning, investing, developing, and finance since 1990, when he joined the New York-based shopping center developer, Fisher Macleod & Associates. Since then he has worked for the Resolution Trust Corporation on distressed real estate portfolios and as an account executive/territory manager for a startup wholesale lender that was eventually sold to Wilber Ross for more than $1 billion.

Chris is focused on contributing to the community’s environmental efforts and collaborating with others to provide socially responsible real estate transactions.

Chris joined SVN | Desert Commercial Advisors in 2017. He is a founding principal for the startup SqueeCleen, a market-maker for mobile independent auto detailing, and an active member of the Phoenix startup community.

Before moving to Arizona, he lived in Japan and taught English, worked as a freelance journalist, and ran several marathons. He qualified for the Boston Marathon with his best time of 2:48. Leone was fortunate to work in state government at the Arizona House of Representatives where he served as the communications manager for the speaker and elected officials.
